We are looking for a versatile, organized, and detail-oriented Product Designer (UX/UI) + Graphic Designer to help shape both our fintech products and our company’s visual presence. You will contribute to the design of fintech applications, working on user flows, interfaces, and interactions that power digital banking experiences for our clients. You will also take ownership of the company’s web design and marketing materials, with a strong focus on presentations and other brand-facing assets. 

You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineering, marketing teams and management, balancing product usability with strong visual storytelling to ensure everything we ship is both functional and visually consistent. This is a full-time position in Berlin with the opportunity to work mostly remotely. 

Product Design (UX/UI) 
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile fintech products across multiple client projects, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI 
- Translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive user flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces 
- Adapt design solutions to different client contexts, products, and regulatory environments 
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and data 
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation 
- Help maintain and evolve UI libraries and shared components 

Graphic Design 
- Create visual assets for marketing, branding, and product needs, including landing pages, social media graphics, presentations, and in-product visuals 
- Ensure visual consistency across client and company materials while respecting brand guidelines 
- Support brand development and execution across multiple touchpoints 
- Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, audiences, and client requirements 

- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field, with strong graphic design experience 
- Portfolio showcasing real-life product design work as well as visual and brand-focused projects 
- Proficiency in Figma 
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design 
- Ability to balance creativity with usability, business goals, and client needs 
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, Professional level English 
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with multiple stakeholders

- Experience working with developers or a basic understanding of front-end technologies 
- Experience with UI library management and or design systems 
- Experience working on multiple client projects or in agency-style environments 
- Experience designing fintech or financial products 
- Familiarity with branding or marketing strategy
