About the role

AAZZUR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Person to lead and expand our direct sales efforts. This is a critical role for achieving our ambitious revenue targets and solidifying our market position as the premium provider of front-ends and middleware for financial services. You will play a pivotal role in delivering on our strategy to generate leads, close deals and onboard customers, contributing significantly to our investment journey. 

Location: EU/UK, London or Berlin preferred 

Main responsibilities

- Drive Revenue Growth: Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract close, focusing on direct sales opportunities that align with AAZZUR’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). 

- Target Ideal Customers: Identify and engage with established scale-ups and corporates in the EU/UK, building pipeline and developing a better understanding of AAZZUR’s ideal segments, use cases and ICP 

- Articulate Value: Clearly communicate AAZZUR's unique value proposition, emphasizing how our modular Smart Finance Blocks and curated partner ecosystem offer a superior, more cost-effective, and faster alternative to building in-house embedded finance projects. 

- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards specific KPIs including submitting proposals, improving close rates, and contributing to lead generation efforts, targeting significant new business growth in 2026 

- Collaborate Internally: Partner closely with our solutions consultant, product team, and management to ensure seamless deal progression and customer satisfaction through the Explore, Configure, and Operate phases of client engagement. 

- Refine Messaging: Continuously sharpen sales messaging and leverage our sales collateral and customer success stories, using a "Feel, Felt, Found" approach to make compelling cases.

About you

- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably within the FinTech, SaaS, or embedded finance industry. 

- Deep understanding of embedded finance, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), and the challenges businesses face in implementing financial services. 

- Exceptional ability to manage complex sales cycles and build strong client relationships. 

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. 

- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. 

- Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot knowledge is a plus). 

- Fluent in English; proficiency in German (and other European languages) is a plus.
